Head gone in seconds over clear, big-bubbled red beer. Cranberry & rhubarb aromas, lactic acid, and indeed, pomegranate nose. Sour, tart, vinous in a very outspoken way. Grapey, fruity (pomegranate again, and other, but seen I don't know aronia...) Further a flavour as from cypress. Tart, acidthinning and light -burning; undercarbonated, but it just doesn't harm this beer in any way. Long lasting flavours. Simply outstanding.

Head gone in an eyeblink to fully clear transparant-golden beer, big bubbled. Very grapey, vinous nose, white wine, if sweet-fruity smelling. Sour-fruity, vinous, with a background of sweet white grapes. Sour peaches. Light body, light acidburn; feels better carbonated than it looks. Very nice beer indeed!

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish gold with a small finger of white foam that lingers. Oak, white vinegar and apricot as it warms up. Some apricot stone bitterness with more oak on the palate. Acidity is quite bright but the apricot stands out nicely.

Bottle shared by Yaniv, thanks! Pours a clear pale yellow with a slight peach hue and a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has notes of peppercorn and lightly tart fruits and a bit of leather underlying. Flavor has some peppercorn and light tart fruits with a hint of earthy leather.

375ml bottle. Fantastic, cloudy, crimson colour with small, thick, frothy, fading, white head. Earthy, fruity and herbal aroma, notes of sage and raspberry, a touch of thyme, pulpy notes of raspberry, a pizza sauce-like touch of tomato and marjoram. Taste is dry, tart, tangy, earthy fruity and herbal, minimally soapy notes of sage, a touch of thyme and rosemary, fruit acidic, earthy notes of raspberry; insistent, lingering, finish, the tartness is sensible down to the stomach. Oily, almost felty texture, astringent and slightly adhesive palate, rather coarse and scattered, prickly carbonation. Very nice composition, the effective fruit and herb interaction reminds of Scratch's Blueberry and Lavender - very nice.
