Bottle from Holiday Market. Pours a mostly clear straw gold with a small bit of white foam that dissipates. Gooseberry, wet hay and light straw notes on the nose with lemon and oak aromas present. Bright lactic acidity on the nose and palate that is acidic but refreshing. Herbal and floral with some mild juniper notes on the palate. More oak and horseblanket come through with very tart finish. Really nice.

Bottle from Holiday Market. Pours a clear ruby color with a finger of pink foam that lingers, then dissipates. Big boysenberry forward nose with blackberry, raspberry, oak and vanilla cream aromas. Smooth with a restrained acidity...the vanilla really works well with the tart berry notes. Smooth finish with minimal acidity...some berry skin and flesh with lingering vanilla and oak. Great stuff.

I want to love this but the peaches are too tart and acidic still, wish I would have aged this 2 years, needs some sun or time. The peach nose and upfront is amazing though. Not too sure I remember what rooibos tea tastes like but the rest is pretty good.

Bottle from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish rose color with a small bit of off-white foam that dissipates. Plum skin and flesh on the nose with light wild strawberry and grainy aromas. Plum on the palate with lemon that comes on mid-palate with a mild tartness. The plum is not overbearing and used in a very balanced way. Quick, refreshing finish that leaves you wanting your next taste immediately. Paired well with an oil based spaghetti with mushroom and arugula and a salad.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy, glowing light orange with a finger of white spritzy foam that dissipates. Fresh squeezed, underripe mikan, pineapple and light lemon zest on the nose. Tart mikan on the palate with some yuzu, lemon and more pineapple flavors. Tart, but not overly acidic. Very refreshing. Killer dry-hopped sour.
