Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a mostly clearish straw gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates quickly like soda. Aromas of hay, brett, lacto next to pear, sauvignon blanc and white grapefruit. Oak-y on the palate with more citrus, pear and stone fruit. Tart with muted carbonation. Lingering tartness on the finish.

Bottle split at the Level 6 Xmas Bash, thanks to Dave, 15/12/22. Moderately hazed golden orange with a decent white cap. Nose is tarte fruit esters, pissy tang, vinous, hedgerow, green berry must. Taste comprises damp cloth, vanilla oak, funk, grains, herb, straw, lemon rind, acidic bimble. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Okay if no great.

Sampled from the tap at Beer Grotto A2. Pours a clear copper with a bit of gold and a white head that dissipates to the edges quickly. Aroma has a nice plum note with a good amount of light funk, flora and light grains supporting. Flavor has a combination of sweet and tart plum with a bit of oak and some grain backing.

Last pour from 750ml @ Black Christmas 2023 at Heritage Hall. Appeared: hazy golden. Aroma: Rustic notes with some fruitiness and oak. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: quite good.
