Pretty basic but enjoyable overall. Low acidity, some tart berry candies, mellow funk, tangy plum. Light, spritzy carbonation, light bodied. Fairly clean finish.

Sample at Haandfest 2019. Unclear reddish golden body with a light off-white head. Aroma of sour berries that reminds me more of raspberries than anything else, but feels really nice and fresh in the nose. Flavor is also nice, fresh and fruity with more recognizably flavor than aroma, red berries, oranges, sour cranberries and nice funk with a hint of lemon. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice.

Sample at Haandfest 2019. Pale brownish amber body with a small white head. Smooth fruity aroma with lime, citric zest and a little funky. Flavor goes in the same direction and has a fine interaction between the lime and the gin flavor. This was surprisingly nice. Refreshing and original.

Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clearish reddish pink with no head. Notes of cherry and vanilla on the nose with some cherry stone dryness on the palate. As it warms the vanilla does come out more. Fairly tart with a nice cherry note throughout. Tart finish that leans dry.

2024 bottle from 8 Degrees Plato. Pours a clearish straw gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates quickly. Lovely aromas of ginger, clove, tea and lemonbalm citrus aromas. Palate shows oak and floral notes alongside more tea, ginger, clove and white peppercorn. Drying finish with a nice herbal, floral note that lingers with lemon zest and ginger to wrap things up.
