Description
Good in brewing beer. Bad in writing bios. Madness from Budapest challenging almost everything you know about beer. Always flawless, always bold, never boring. Not necessary business-wise all the time, but setting the standards high for ourselves every time as we truly believe in the cliché that goes like ‘the way you do something is the way you do anything’.

Tap a Madfesten. Nose is big islay whiskey notes, full of peated malts and there's some additional sweetness to it too. Taste is sweet notes of malts, light vanilla, dried fruits, walnut and some smoke again. Closes with long lasting, warming boozy sweetness, has medium body and zero carbonation (duh). Heavy sipper, and very good at that.

Bottle, köszi Ádám! Pours purpleish pink with white head. Nose is huge raspberry bomb, extremely fruity. Taste is sour upfront, then the fruits appear, resulting in a yoghurt-like taste, closing with a pleasantmalty finish. Light, somewhat creamy body, soft carbonation, easy to drink and quite refreshing.

Tap at Bazar. Hazy golden pour, white head. Tasty NEIPA, juicy enough, pretty easy to drink.

Bottle, köszi Marci! Pours fanta orange with no head. Nose is huge mango bomb, sweet and tart. Taste is sweet mango upfront, then some sour notes appear. Closes with sweet mango again, has light body and average to high carbonation. Tasty, bud a bit one dimensional for me and lacks the malty depth that I quite enjoy in berliners.

Can at home, köszi Ádám! Pours orange juice colour with thin head. Nose is big orange, vanilla, low tart notes. Taste is sweet lactose, slightly bitter and somewhat tart orange, moderate vanilla. Body-wise feels pretty big which I reckon because of the lactose and some residual sugars, and the carbonation is pretty mild, quite juicy.

Tap at MadFest III, huge thanks to the MS crew for this one. Pours deep purple with pink head. Nose is huuuge blackcurrant, some lactic sourness. Taste is beautiful, slightly sweet, more tart fruits with a long lasting, somewhat sweet, somewhat sour finish. Medium body, light to average carbonation. Tasty stuff.

Tap at MadFest III, thanks to the MS crew for this one. Deep chocolate brown pour, thin off white head. Nose is low booze, spicy touch, faint ginger, some sweet malts. Taste is rather spicy, the ginger and the chili are there, but nothigng much more, perhaps a faint woody touch from the barrels and just a light smoky undertone on top of the sweet booze. Soft carbo, light body.
