Bière dégustée en bouteille. Robe ambrée trouble, coiffée d'une mousse blonde assez persistante. Nez agréable sur le houblon Cascade, avec des notes évoquant légèrement le cheesecake, accompagnées de fruits tropicaux. Attaque légère à moyenne, avec une belle rondeur maltée rappelant le gâteau, rapidement rejointe par des saveurs exotiques et une amertume bien présente mais maîtrisée. Quelques touches florales viennent enrichir l'ensemble. Finale sèche et désaltérante, sur des notes citronnées légèrement fromagères typiques de certains houblons américains. Une APA équilibrée, originale et très plaisante.

A: cloudy orange, no head.
A: vanilla pudding, yoghurt, apricot, milk powder, cookies.
T: sour apricot, jam, sourdough, some cookie spices, vanilla.
F: slightly tart apricot & yoghurt.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Not bad but a bit too heavy on the vanilla (despite the absence of lactose).

Can from Beer52. Pours light hazed gold with a brief white head. Grainy aroma, quite sweet with some light floral notes. Taste of grains, pithy citrus, nice floral to herbal bitterness, pine needles, light resin. More to this than the aroma suggested. Decent.

Can online via Beer 52 sub. Can was underfilled. Pours misty gold with a slim white cap. Aroma: grains, sweet-ish. Taste: light to moderate sweet & light bitter, grains, light citrus, herbal, grassy hints. Light body with low carbonation.
