Bottle dredged from my cellar storage before I get to soldering the turret board wires of the latest amp (tomorrow!). Dark brown, small head, nose of rum in the air from popping the bottle. Sweet cane, molasses and candied plums, great nose. So smooth, very refined flavor with very well integrated flavors of rum, vanilla, and brown sugar. It has that rich je-ne-sais-quoi that I really love. Maybe the best Higgins I've had. D&mn did this age well!

Can thanks to Gregor, many thanks! Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is mellow stonefruit, powdered sugar, dash of caramel. Taste is fresh hops, caramel body, decent. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid!

Unclear orange golden with a creamy head. Herbal hops, some stone fruit, resin, stonefruit. Hoppy resinous bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty resinous bittersweet finish. A nice APA.

Unclear golden with a creamy head. Very buttery, grainy, brioche, some orange. Grainy fruity sweetness, mild dry sourness and bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty bready bittersweet finish. Nice!

Can from Higgins brewery, drunk after having an excellent spicy fry up of random stuff from the fridge. Yellow hazy, big creamy sea foam head. Cotton candy tropical fruit nose, passion fruit and the like. Tropical fruit and light pine come through on the tongue, i guess pink dragonfruit is my imagination doing the talking due to the Collab name. Mid body, nice hops, smooth balance - good one!

A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat malt, decent stone fruits. Taste of decent stone fruits, apricot, melons. Easy to drink.
