Gravity fass @Fass&Cask (Rome). Pours golden with a medium white head. Aroma of malt, milk bread, cereal, grass, roost. Flavour is balanced, medium malty with a decent bitterness, clean and drinkable. Light body, light carbonation. Easy.

Bottle from Bierothek Bamberg and drunk on a train. Clear bright gold colour lasting cream head. Some lemon curd flavour on the finish. Some flowery hop on aroma. Not overly bitter. Quite easily be a Helles. Decent. Drinkable.

Schönes Dunkelbraun im Glas, wenig Perlen. In der Nase kernig malzig. Um Trunk etwas wässrig, leicht maischig, im Abfang bittersüß. Da gibt’s bessere dunkle.
