Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head, a bit darker than exspected. Starts malty spicy with mild sourish notes in the background. Earthy touch. Finish well balanced, still fine malty, hints of caramel. Nice!

Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, deep golden, nice head. Starts mild dry, malty background, fruity hints of lemon. A little bit metallically, not too much. Finish well balanced, still mild. Good one!

500ml bottle. Clear yellowish golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wet strawy aroma, hints of rice, corn, a doughy-yeasty touch, cautious hints of floral hop. Taste is somehow expressionless pale malty, minimally strawy, doughy-yeasty, slightly floral hoppy overtones, dry hoppy in the finish. Almost brilliant in its simplicity.

500ml bottle [gusher!]. Cloudy amber colour with huge, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Grainy, strawy, bready-yeasty doughy aroma, a touch of hay, a puff of an efflorescence of lemon zest. Taste is minimally sweet malty-spicy, a touch of caramel, a touch of hay, a fresh, minimally tart touch of lemon and lemon zest; lively carbonation. Nice Zwickel - sadly a good deal of it was lost on the floor.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace. [ As Friedel Zentbechhofen Hefeweissbier Hell ].Hazy murky matt grey medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, soured milk, yeast. Initial flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light sour - soured milk, finish flavoer is moderate sweet (fruity sweet) with a long duration, yeasty, dry candy sweet, fruity sweet. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20130704]

Bottle at the brewery tap. Drunk with the locals. Malty aroma some ok hop good fullness. Decent. I like the malt hop balance. Yes decent sting on finish.

Zentbechhofen. On tap at the brewery tap. A slightly pukey malty voll some decent light sting on finish. Not great but more or less ok. Settles down into a ok slightly malty slightly hoppy beer.

Bottle from Landbierparadies, Nurnberg. Golden with a slight white head and a few bubble of carbonation. Sweet, cereal malt aroma with a perfumed edge. Grainy flavour, with floral notes and slightly bitter finish. So so.
