(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Citric and herbal hoppy aroma with mildly bready cara-malt. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Present cara-malty body with fruity and herbal hops; medium-dry bitter-sweet and elegantly hoppy finish. Recommended. 10.VIII.12

Bottle @ Uncle Chris’ house in Fürth. Dark burnt orange, clear appearance with a light brown head. Toasty malty, light caramel, a touch nutty, grassy, herbal aroma. Chewy yeasty, toasty malty, cracker, a touch burnt, floral flavor. Not bad.

Hell hopfiger, süß-getreidiger Beginn. Der Bock bleibt hopfig, im Mittelteil trifft die Süße auf eine alkoholisch geprägte Bitterkeit. Grasig, mir persönlich, wie bei vielen hellen Böcken, zu süß. Getreidig, hell holzig. In Ordnung für eine hellen Bock. 10/10/9/11/11/10

Bottle. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops and a little citrus. Flaovur is malt, little sweet, hops, little grainy and a little bitter.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, grass, straw and hops.

Bottled (from landbierparadies). Hazy brownish colour with a small beige head. Aroma is fruits, nuts, mild malts and some chocolaty and toffeeish notes. Flavour is caramel, nutty notes, some floral notes as well. Very pleasantly balanced.

Bottled (from landbierparadies.com). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some slight grains, mild grassy and floral notes as well. Flavour is grains, bready malts, some hops as well as mild floral notes. Bigtime bitter grass and some bready notes.

Bottled (from landbierparadies.com). Deep amber colour, mediumsized beige foamy head. Aroma is wooden, resiny, mildly nutty as well as quite strong caramel maltyness. Flavour is sweet malts, some mild rye and toasted notes along with some wooden and mildly fruity notes as well. Pleasant Märzen.
