Tap, apparently this is a bottom-fermented beer with the malt bill of a Wit. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh flowery, sweet fruits, pear, a touch phenolic. Taste is pear, light cereal, lemon peel, a touch of ethanol in the back, even a bit warming. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

Keg at Meisterstück, Munchen, 07/06/18. Clear golden with a big old white cap displaying good retention skills ... a handsome beer. Nose is citric peel, straw, grains, sweet malts, tangerine. Taste comprises airy malts, lemon tinged straw, orange blossom, grass, hint of vanila, light breads, faint white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Nice refresher.

Taste comprises baking powder, light spice, dark malts, cocoa pops, toffee, chocolate dipped raisins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent for the style.

Taste comprises bittersweet notes, maple syrup, toffee fudge, hint of vanilla, maple syrup, cheesecake base, very light smoke. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light boozey rinse. Ok stuff.

Bottled 330ml. -from Getränke Oase Munich. Almost black coloured, medium sized beige head, light smoke in the nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, notes of herbal hops and quite noticable alcohol in the finish. Discreet touch of smoke as well.

Draught at Das Meisterstück, Berlin Mitte. Hazy pale golden colour with a big, white head. Sweet aroma with earthy and floral notes, grasses, bread, citrus and subtle spicy notes. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average to lively carbonation. Finishes drying and fruity with herbal impressions. Lovely Helles.
