Can, small bubbly head, cloudy deep orange to very light red, peach, apricot, hints of passion fruit, some raspberries and lactic hints behind and a whiff of melon, medium bodied, medium fruity sourness with a light sweetness. Nice fruity melange and real fun.

Can. Hazy golden colour with a creamy mediumsized white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is tropical fruit juice, citrus and some slight nectary tones. Flavour is mango, pineapple, citrus, some slight bready and sweet malty tones.

Can 355ml @ Home. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, pineapple, citrus and grapefruit. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a very citrus zesty and slightly dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Pint can - crystal clear gold - nose is medium sweet and big on earthy honey - smells more like a braggot than a Tripel, but the nose is pleasant - flavor is all Tripel, though - despite the sweet nose, flavor is medium-dry, but the earthy honey flavor remains - lightly spicy through the middle, and the finish has a dry mineral bite to it - the yeast is not as expressive as I like in the style, so it does lack a certain depth - however, I really appreciate how delicate this is, as well as it’s relative dryness - if the alternative in most American renditions is an abrasive ester bomb, then I’d definitely prefer this.

Big bourbon aroma alongside prominent coffee roast. Huge bourbon presence, rich dark bitter chocolate, roasty coffee dregs.. big big stuff! Merry Christmas ☃️
