Can, hazy off pale. Mild perfume PA hop nose. First taste is as usual for this style, bitter stuff fersher. Pretty good carbonation on this one. Middle continues to be overwhelmingly bitter. Hard to enjoy these things, JMHO. Yea, quite an unbalanced style, whew. I wish it had more alky content to take my mind off of the taste. Boy, what I go thru to have a tick. Nasty nellie negative nuthatch. The only thing saving this is the co2, its a higher level than most IPA and this makes it not as mouthcoating. Think about chewing on a brand new real rubber innertube while drinking rotting fermenting green grapefruit rinds all blended with a fresh green sticky pine cone and then you'll have an idea of what this flavor is all about. Long bitter finish that sticks to the back of your throat. Did I say whew yet.

Draught @ Stag's Head, Manhattan (June 2023). Hazy dull dark yellow with a foamy off-white head, orange-mango aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter mango-orange taste, thin body, long juicy finish. Juicy NEIPA.

440ml can from the Pup & Duckling, Solihull. Poured a clear golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, toffee malt, light mango passionfruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
