Our aim is to make great beer following our passion for flavor and complexity from quality ingredients and small batch artisanal brewing. We brew fun, unique beers made for enjoyment. We like it hoppy and complex, roasty and smoky, strong and sippable to sessionable and gulpable. Most importantly it’s something to drink with friends, in the backyard, at the beach and at the bar. We make beer because we like to drink it delicious and fresh and because we like to smile.

Somewhere between a 2 and 4oz draft or bottle (didn’t write it down) pour at SAVOR 2015’s Saturday night session. Poured a hazy amber-red color with a small white head. Aroma was light caramel, floral hops, some herbal notes. Light lemon and some barnyard funk notes. Tart berries.

Somewhere between a 2 and 4oz draft pour at SAVOR 2015’s Saturday night session. Poured a clear golden orange color with small white head. Aroma was some light floral notes, resin, touch of citrus. Flavor was a touch boozy, with a touch of grapefruit. Alcohol comes through on this one, but it is pretty pleasant.
