Our aim is to make great beer following our passion for flavor and complexity from quality ingredients and small batch artisanal brewing. We brew fun, unique beers made for enjoyment. We like it hoppy and complex, roasty and smoky, strong and sippable to sessionable and gulpable. Most importantly it’s something to drink with friends, in the backyard, at the beach and at the bar. We make beer because we like to drink it delicious and fresh and because we like to smile.

Cask at GBBF 2015. It pours murky orange with minimal white head. The nose is earthy, musty, over - ripe fruits, pear, apple pie, tangy action and light spice. The taste is quite mellow....soft, apple, pear skin, light tangy malt, earthy, apple pie and dough with a dryish finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Alcohol is wel hidden. Quite mellow and easy - going. OK.

Draft at Alewife, 8/2/15
Clear golden color with a small white head and light lace. Salty and sour for sure. Hits what the style should be. Didn't get much of the fruity flavor. A bit fizzy. Decent drinkability.

Nice smokey aroma. Fruity as well. Some earthy notes. Peat. Golden-orange. Drippy lace. Clean flavor. Nice sweetness to balance the smoke. Not super campfire in flavor or anything, but a nice beer. Easy drinking.

Tap at draught 55 as I gain back calories lost at gym. Clear golden pour nose of dank hops. Tastes of marijuana, grapefruit, herbal, florals, and black pepper. Alcohol is present and palate is touch watery. Lots of weed on finish.

Draught. Hazy bright orange with small off-white creamy head, spicy aroma, low carbobation, salty taste with slight sourness, medium bitter finish. Not really sour but easy to drink.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours dark orange with a nice white head that leaves lacing. Aroma is a shit ton of tropical fruit. I think there be a good bit of the booze in there as well. Taste is a bit sweet. Heavy.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours orange with a small head. Aroma is citrus and that typical sour ale aroma. Taste is a bit sour at first, but your mouth quickly gets used to it. It is then just kind of fruity in that good ol citrus way. Not a very exciting sour ale.
