(Bottle, 0.5l - BB 17.03.2025, from Alko, 20240830) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, honey, malts and mildly metal. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, honey, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. A nice and clean malty brew. The metal notes in the nose were a little bit unpleasant.

Can (from Alko web). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, some herbal and mild bready tones with a bit of earth. Flavour is grainy, herbal, some sweet malts and some starchy tones. Kind of ok, though a bit on the bulky side. But well, good bulk!

Falter Budderl Privat-Pils. Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple. Beer in the glass with a small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry. Shy hoppy-dry background. Some wheaty-grasy notes as well. Finish well balanced. Nothing special, but easy to drink.

Bottle picked up from Getrankemarkt in Spiegelau and consumed at home Wednesday 15th May 2024 after a few hours of gardening, about to cook Spinach and Toasted Orzo one-pot with Dill Yoghurt. Will listen to ByteFM shortly. Pours hazy lemony yellow with a mid sized white head, the ratio of beer to lemonade seems/tastes like it's weighted more to lemonade but it says 50/50 and regardless it tastes great for a Radler really refreshing, soft mouthfeel, pretty good.

Bottle as Weihnachts Doppelbock and picked up directly from the brewery yesterday, consumed at home Wednesday 17th January 2024 listening to Huw Stephens on 6 Music and cooking a homemade Cannelloni. Pours dark chestnut brown with a fast disappearing light cappuccino coloured head. A little bit of molasses on the nose, fruity and with a malty sweetness, it certainly belies it's abv. There are much better Doppelbocks out there but this is solid, it's a decent drop.
