Clear golden colour, one inch of dense ivory-like white head; aroma of grainy, grassy, lemongrassy, slight herbal and floral-camomille notes; taste has similar notes to the aroma with definite hoppy bitterness; good one!

Bottle or tap. Murky orange-golden body, off-white head. Nice wheaty vanilla aroma, vague orange, bit herbal. Smooth taste, wheaty, grainy bready maltiness, lacking esters lacking phenols, vague vanilla. Meh, drinkable but lacking what makes Weißbier a great style, the estery and/or spicy phenolic notes.

At the brewery restaurant, I'd guess bottle but who knows. Murky brown body, streams of lazy carbonation, lasting beige head. Pleasant aroma, soft, dried fruit and some peach esters, hazelnut, caramel. Lean, dryish, caramelly taste, dried apricots, nutty, ending citric, dry, but not really astringent.

Tap at the brewery restaurant, thx Fin! Clear golden body, white head. DMS, bit bready aroma, bit floral. Lean, sweetish malty notes, bit bready, lightly herbal-hoppy, well balanced, quite dry, bitterish finish. Solid one, imperfect but works.

Tap at the brewery restaurang. Clear coppery-chestnut body, lively carbonation, lasting thick, small beige head. Dried fruit bit caramelly, but bit stale aroma. Lean dry caramelly, bit nutty taste, bit of dog food, some okay herbal bitterness, ending dry, lightly astringent. Not entirely my type of Dunkel really.
