I was not crazy about this. I like most in the serious but I had an off aroma of decaying plants. lightly tart. I wonder if it needs more time.

Full pour at Schell's This could use more smoke. Lager yeast, light smoke in the aroma and flavor with a light, but good malt base.

winterfest 2018. some balsamic, red wine, dry oak, some sugar and it is lightly sour. one of the best beers of the festival. Orange color, some lacing head. the barrel worked very well with this beer.

Aroma is pretty straight forward dark malt. Flavors are much more interesting, dark malt roast a nice balance between bitter and sweet with decent carbonation. Body is a touch thin. Pretty good for a traditional bock.

7 3 7 3 14Draft at In De Wildeman. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, wheat and light yoghurt notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Light medium bodied with light carbonation.
