Glass draft @ In De Wildeman. Golden orange, big creamy soapy white head. Nose is lovely lemon, overripe citrus, peel, juicy. Low plastic, lemon so juicy citrus fruit, lemon, flowers, lemonade, massively drinkable, really good.

Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Schell Noble Star - Apricot Vista Berliner Weiss ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - pale malt, moderate to heavy apricot, tart apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, apricot, tart, fruity - apricot, dry, light funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180414] 8-3-8-3-16

Draft at In De Wildeman, Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Nice red color, mostly clear. Pinkish head. Aroma's: raspberry, light sweet & sour. Retronasal it's sourish, raspberry, light sweet. Flavor is moderate sour and sweet. Light bodied. Firm carbonation. Light tart finish.

7 3 7 3 15Sampled at Carnivale Brettanomyces ‘18. Clear amber with an off white head. Aroma of massive raspberry and lactic notes. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at In De Wildeman. Almost clear pink with light pink head. Massive raspberries, soft lactic, herbs, light dough, more raspberries. Medium sour and light bitter. Under medium bodied. Lovely raspberries, a little one-dimension but nice.

Brettfest. Tap at wildeman. Hazy pink with white head. Sweet and sour raspberries, some vanilla. Medium body and soft carbonation. Very pure raspberry. Lovely. Amazing actually. Simple and true. Soft as a nipple.

16oz can. Unfiltered orange-tan body. Big foamy off white head. Pretty reasonable for the style. Citra comes off sort of bitter. Soapy, sort of bland. Not bad, just not that exciting.

Bottle from a Stag series sampler. This is a solid porter, malt, medium sweeter and not dry like so many can be. Light hops. A fine, drinkable beer and the hops are noticeably continental.
