Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.

In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.

Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Appearance - cloudy amber/brown. Nice fluffy head. Nose - mango and papaya. Light resin and hay. Taste - more mango, some passionfruit. Light orange tang at the back. Palate - light to medium bodied, creamy through the middle. Dry, tangy finish. Overall - good!

Bottle at the pop up geeks bar. Pours orange, nose is funk, lime, toffee, taste is dry toffee, funky, tart. 3.5 With pineapple szechuan syrup, hint of spice in the aroma, juicy pineapple in the taste and some pleasant spice. 3.6 With sour cherry syrup, light cherry in the nose, huge sour cherry in the taste, zesty, mouth puckering. 3.7

Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy golden orange with a thin white head. Aromas of peach, mango, lactose sweet, pineapple. Taste is sweet, more mango, pineapple, peach. Sweet finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - cloudy golden orange with thin lacing. Nose - mango and orange. Taste - mango again. Sometime orange zesty at the back. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy yet tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - good. The sour yeast prolongs the finish.

Bottle from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - golden with steady bubbles. Neat lacy head. Nose - orange, apricot and papaya. Taste - more orange and apricot. Papaya, maybe! Lovely orange zest tang through the finish. Palate - light bodied, creamy yet tangy through the middle. Dry tangy finish. Overall - very satisfying! Another winner!
