Description
Loch Lomond Brewery started life in our kitchen in Luss on the shores of Loch Lomond.

A desire to brew beer and create a family business that would allow the whole family to get involved we started in 2011 in Alexandria.

Now having brewed a number of award winning beers including CAMRA Champion Beer of Scotland in 2017 and SIBA Supreme Cask Champion of the UK in 2016, we have recently rebranded to include a number of new beers in cask, keg, bottle and can.

Still brewing on our original 10bbl kit our passion has not faded - in fact we are probably more fanatical now about our existing beers and new recipes than ever before.

Cask gravity at the Rake. It pours pale godl with limited head. The nose is juicy tropical fruits...mango, passion fruit and such like, with some straw kicking about. The taste is crisp. rather bitter, straw, grapefruit, lemon peel and a touch of biscuit with a lingering bitter finish. Light-medium body and low carbonation. Let down a bitby the condition, but not bad at all.
