Hazed orange topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is ripe tropical fruit esters, mango flesh, peach, guava, pine resin, cantaloupe melon.
Taste comprises mango pulp, pineapple, soft malts, pine resin, light stone fruit essence, mandarin.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness.
Solid juice laden and easy drinking DIPA.

Can. A light haze on this gold orange beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin but smooth pale malts, a thin but adequate creamy sweetness. Crisp pine hops, a light hop spice nibble. Citra, Centennial and Motueka hops in 2025 should be a corking combo. Juicy bright citrus, orange and mandarin, a touch of Centennial lemon. The mild let down is Motueka, a bit more lime would have easily put this dipa in the top echelons. Finishes light and crisp. As it stands, a very quaffable and bright dipa.

Hops deliver a light crisp cooling pine. A mild hop spice nibble. Light Sabro, thin but obvious coconut cream. Mild semi overripe pineapple. Modern Mosaic candy fruits, no blueberry I can find. Idado 7 fills in a lot of the blanks with that lovely broad spectrum hop fruitiness. Hop spice building on the fairly light finish. Drinks very blinking easy for a tips.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Semi opaque dark brown beer, decent tan head. Airy palate, fairly smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, a little oaty biscuit, modest dark chocolate and a dominant but not oppressive espresso coffee vibe. Trace of fruity coffee on the smooth finish. Nice job. Does what it does rather well.
