(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Grassy hoppy nose with a mildly sweet and grainy malty background. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Soft malty, slightly grainy and minimal worty taste with distinctive notes of grassy hops; moderately dry and bitter and grassy hoppy finish. 28.XII.09

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Grainy and slightly draffy malty aroma with shy notes of herbal hops in the background. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly yeasty, pale malty taste with grainy and chalky notes; slightly bitter hoppy and chalky finish. Bottle. Light fruity yeast aroma. Cloudy yellow. white layer. Somewhat bland fruityness, light body, mellow mouthfeel, light grassy finish. Could easily be more exiting.

Bottled 500ml. -from beerangel.de shared with Doggythedog. Weizen by the book. Cloudy orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, pleasant wheaty banana nose. Malty, wheaty and strong banana taste with notes of spices and cloves. Slight citrusy finish. Refreshing and enjoyable beer.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, swwet malt, sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Both aroma and flavor is a bit like a thin bock. [20090723]

0.5l bottle (beerangel.de) shared with ogivlado Poured an opaque ochre/orange body with a big thick white head that went away relatively slow. The nose is dominated by banana, some cloves, surprisingly nice. To my joy and wonder, the taste wasn’t far off as well. Sweetish banana again, some lactic notes too, maltiness and cloves. Very drinkable, great balance. The best weissbier I’ve had in a (long?) while.
