Bottle looks really premium-like. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine hoppy, modest dry, hints of lemon. Good malty base, modest sweet. Finish well balanced, still wonderful mild-hoppy notes, modest bitter. A good one!

Das Zwickl aus dem Hause Schneider ist ein klassisches Bier, wie man es sich wünscht: solide Hopfen und noch solidere Malzaromen, die ein feines, eher mildes Aroma begleiten. Man kann es wunderbar gemütlich zum Essen und auch zum Feierabend trinken. Kein spezielles Spezialbier, einfach ein gutes und ehrliches Zwicklbier.

Tap at Schweiger, Markt Schwaben - 15/07/12. Clear golden yellow with a medium white head, lively carbonation evident. Pale malts and a little grass on the nose. Taste follows nose with a little grain and hops. Medium body, lively carbonation, refreshing pils on a hot day with a bitter-dry finish.

Tap at Schweiger, Markt Schwaben - 15/07/12. Copper amber coloured with an off-white head. Sweetish malts and nuts on the nose. Taste follows nose with a little darker fruit tones in the mix. Medium body and moderate carbonation, smooth drinking Dunkel.
