Dark brown with medium brown head. Aroma is cherry, a little coffe, dark malt, some dark toffe. Taste is heavy melasses, with too much sourness. Still pretty full bodied with a nice finish. Good.

Flascherl (thanx to joss!): Golden, hazy, small and stable white foamy layer, grainy and slightly bready nose with yeasty and hoppy traces; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, soft but thin; mildly lingering bitter and sweetish-fruity finish. Obviously one of the better bottles...

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Yeasty, moderately grainy malty aroma with phenolic off-notes. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Dry-ish grainy malt character with grainy notes, hints of rubber and plastic; mildly hop bitter and slightly spicy finish.
