Unclear light yellow with a fluffy head. Wort, unroasted malt and barley, freshly mowed dry hay, cardboard, hints of lemon and lemon zest, sweet resin. Grainy papery sweetness, slight dry bitterness. Light bodied, watery texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty grainy papery sweet finish. Had better NA IPAs…

Pale gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma is not where it’s at—a mix of rubber, dough and wort. There are some fruity tones that turn up with some patient sniffing, but even for the style, the aroma is mediocre at best. Tastebuds fare better.. there’s a faint, grainy bitterness throughout with a white bread sweetness underneath. Finishes relatively crisp over over a medium body and mildly watery texture. Lingering dough. Refreshing in a manner. Drinkable.

"GUPF No. 7, Weizenbock", Fläschchen von Liebick, 10.8.2025.

Brown with a thin, frothy beige head. Chocolate. Toasted grains. Apple?! Taste is toasted bitter with a mild tartness underneath. Body just reaches medium, moderate carbonation, could be chewier and smoother. Fairly simple in the end, but not unpleasant. Ok.

Brown with a sudsy, beige head. Aroma promises red currant, caramel, lightly toasted grains. Taste is faintly tart and mildly bitter, finishing the same, with a finish that’s rather short and elusive. Body to the light side of medium, moderate watery texture. Probably more appealing to me on a warm day.

Bottle, Thanks Dave! Clear dark golden, offwhite head, fine carbonation. Sweet, light juicy malt aromatics, citrus and stone-fruit, light metallic. Medium light mellow chewy body, sparkly. Quick fruity finish. Inoffensive.
