Cask gravity at Reading BF 2011. Clear copper colour with thin collar of bubbles. Some butter aroma. There is some ok malt. Bit of butter in mouth. Not overly diacetyl. Yes a touch too caramel for me. Not diacetyl I think just not my kind of bitter. Decent white pepper though. Its an ok bitter

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2011. Copper clear thin beige head. Fruity beer tastes like blackcurrant cheesecake. Very biscuity with willamette I would guess or perhaps Bramling Cross to get that hedgerow flavour. Odd if quite drinkable and I do like blackcurrant cheesecake.
