Corked bottle, vintage 2013. Dark amber color. Malt and confit cherry in the aroma. Malty sweet cherry flavor. Marzipan. Slightly alcoholic. Nice, but rather onedimensional.

Rating #11111. Corked bottle, picked up in Forchheim. #591/2300. Amber color, no head. Malt, toffee, butter and tequila in the aroma. Malty, very sweet flavor with toffee, butterm tequila, hints of vanilla and oak and some plums. Alcohol clearly noticeable. The tequila doesn’t create a miracle with this oversweet bock, alas!

Tap at the 2019 Franconian Beer Festival. Very pale yelow, super cloudy, with an airy head. Nose is lemony, bread and crackers, herbs. SMooth and rich but not heavy. flavor of crackery malt, lemon, yeast. Great prickly, peppery finish. Wow. A great summery kellerbier, so soft, light, hoppy, and crisp. Wonderful.
