Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from HOTM. Enjoyed in a dimpled mug. Pours clear yellow with a small, creamy white head. Lightly sweet, lovely doughy biscuit character, some straw. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Further doughy biscuits to finish, fresh cereal, nips of hay. Super drinkable. Nice one.

Bottle at home, by the fire, 6th December 2020. Pours a light copper high carbonated beer, big frothy head. Aroma is malty, caramel. Taste is light caramel, malty, some grass and hay, earthy, sweet and then a little nutty, burnt sugar, and light bitter. Good depth of flavour, nice keller

Bottle from HoTM. It pours hazy golden with a decent frothy white head. The aroma is sweet foamy banana candy, banana split, warming spice, clove rock, nougat, hay and a touch of orange peel. The taste is is fairly crisp and dry initially (which is nice), straw, hay, grass, warming spice, hint of clove, doughy wheat bread, cracker, greenish banana and a touch of foamy banana candy with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Strikes a really nice balance. I like the dryness and more muted sweet undertones. Moreish.
