Bottle at Pigs Ear 2014 with a sandwich. Hazy cloudy dirty gold with lasting off white head. Yeast clove banana aroma. Ripe banana. Boy thats nice. After some ales to have a fresh german hefe. Decent spicy hop finish. It’s an odd hefe. Some spice some ripe banana some depth and character. But a huge drinkability as well. I think very interesting almost cerebral hefe. I liked it enormously. It stretched me. Like having an intelligent conversation with someone that pushes your knowledge and experience. Yes. Good.

Bottle at home. Pours hazy brown with big fizzy head and decent lacing. Nose is Very light malt and caramel. Tastes of wheat, caramel, molasses, light banana, and a stale bread. Thin palate. But overall it approves with warming.

Cloudy dark brown pour. Some mash malt. Light hint of citrus. Easy drinking but not very exciting. Light sour finish. Bottle from grape and gourmet.
