Bottle picked up from Aldersbacher brewery and consumed at home Sunday 11th June 2023 after a walk to Hotel Ostermeir, Gütlsdorf, listening to Protomartyr - Formal Growth in the Desert think that I have Cannelloni tonight and a nice homemade coleslaw. Pours clear gold with a white head. Safe and a little predictable but it's fine. Malty with a little honey sweetness, bready notes. Yeah it's fine, could be a bit better in all areas, there is a little bit of bitterness but all told it's a touch safe.

Bottle picked up from the brewery and consumed at home Thursday 8th June 2023 after a cycle ride to Schloßalle Biergarten Haag an der Amper, listening to Billy Nomates - Cacti and about to make homemade Pizza and a fancy coleslaw. Pours deep gold almost no haze, which is weird. The head disappeared rapidly, seems a little bit lacking in a few areas, carbonation is below par, there is a pleasant wheaty bite but usual light spice (clove) and banana lacking and as mentioned the head legged it. Fine but for this brewery I think that it's one of my least favourites.

Bottle picked up directly from the brewery shop Friday 2nd June 2023. Had this at home Monday 5th June 2023 we had a Mushroom Lasagna for tea and listening to New Music Fix Daily on 6Music with Tom Ravenscroft and Deb Grant. Pours almost black with a tan head, there is a little dark fruit skin twangy edge, but also some thin coffee and a little dark chocolate, also some coca cola. I'm not thinking that it's that smooth or creamy but it's fine, however as another €3.75 for a 330ml, I do think that they need to up the game with these offerings as they are not really up there with the standard traditional beers.

Bottle picked up directly from the brewery shop Friday 2nd June 2023. Had this at home Monday 5th June 2023 cooking a Mushroom Lasagna and listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music. Pours clear gold with a large white head. Soft mouthfeel, malty and whilst it's a little punchier than a regular it's not tasting too strong. Smooth and with a little softened citrus. Good but some of their regular beers are better beers for about a 1/3 of the price, this is €3.75 for a 330ml.

Bottle picked up from brewery, Aldersbach consumed at home Sunday 4th June 2023 June 2023, it's stunning weather today and we had a lovely day yesterday with Christian, Josef and Valerie after an afternoon at the new house, Manghlam 17, Innernzell. We're cooking One-Pan Baked Chicken and Tomato Biryani and listening to Lanterns on the Lake - Versions of You. Pours hazy amber with a mid sized sticky off white head. Nice softness, a little chewy as with most session IPAs this sits in an awkward category being neither one thing or another, but it's fine, tasty though and with a few IPA tendencies.

We're cooking One-Pan Baked Chicken and Tomato Biryani and listening to HiFi Sean and David McAlmont - Happy Ending. Pours clear gold with a white head, looks great. The usual Helles characteristic are on show here but there is a more muted maltiness an a slightly enhanced dryness, some light bitterness, a little citrus, it's a nice beer.

We're cooking One-Pan Baked Chicken and Tomato Biryani and listening to Scott Lavene - Milk City Sweethearts. Pours ruby red brown, actually more ruby colour, off white head. Soft mouthfeel, caramel, toffee and a there is a little burnt treacle. Good tanginess, if a little lengthy, a little chewy, good.
