Deep pink color. Nice vinegar, oak, cherry nose. Lemon, cherries, cherry put oak, firm tart palate, low medium carbonation. Tart long last cherry finish. Better than expected

Clear dark orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, juicy, funky, lambic, woody, nice! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish, juicy, nice, fruity, good acidity, berries, a bit lemony. Aftertaste: dry, funky, woody, tannins, fruity, grapeskin, lovely stuff!

Poured from 750mL bottle (2022 vintage). Got the bottom of the bottle pour so cloudy dreggy pink with small white head. Cherry, funky tartness, decent.

750mL bottle. Pours clear dark red with think pinkish red. Aroma has bright cherries, solid funk, and acidity. Flavour has a ton of fruit, good balance of tartness and acidity, lots of cherries. Fantastic beer.

Pale and bright cherry. No head. Mild cherry nose. On the palate, brighter cherry. Dry, lots of fruit, and sour but not sharp. The base lambic doesn't have a ton of complexity, but it's a nice fruit character.
