Bottle shared at moeder lambic fountain. A clear plumy orange coloured pour with a fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, floral berries. Blackcurrant, red berries, light funk. Grass, cranberry,. Flavour is composed of sharp tangy cranberry, blackberry, prickly red berries, gooseberry.. Light funk, red grape, mellow funk, highish carbonation. Spritzy horsey funk.

Bottle split at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 11/02/24. Clear faded reddish amber with a crimson cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is tarte berries, blackcurrant yoghurt, herb, straw. Taste comprises blackcurrant pips, balanced funk, herb, straw, damp cloth, mixed berry compote twang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Solid easy drinking and approachable device.

Bottle shared at fermented things. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a loose off white head. Aroma is sour lemon, mouldy wood, vanilla, bourbon, whisky. Flavour is composed of sharp lemon, whiskey, oak, Warming alcohol, spicy grass, onion.. Palate is tart, spicy, highish carbonation.

Bottle. Fermenthings. Hazed honeyed gold. Sturdy ring of white. Oak and soft leathery funk. Taste is dry and mineraly. Light oaky character. Tart and dry. Light body. Foamy carbonation. Tart dry finish. Not too much going on but it’s easy drinking.

Bottle shared at fermented things. A hazed medium orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Big green onion, wet dog, wheat. Spicy. Wet leaves. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, onion, grass, lemon rind, grass horsey funk, caramel, onion, grassy, good funk. Nice funk.
