(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 20 Oct 2023) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with grapes, grapefruit, apples and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapefruit, sour grapes, apricot, barnyard, wood and a dry and tart finish. No bitterness. Almost full body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a rich acidity and a good grape character. Very nice.

Fruity, tart taste with citrus, rhubarb, barnyard and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Fresh acidity and a generous fruit chracter. Well made and very nice.

Bottle shared at moeder lambic fountain. A clear ribena, plummy red coloured pour with a fading pinkish head. Aroma is semi sweet, juicy cherry, mellow funk, blackcurrant, mixed berries. Flavour is composed of semi sweet tangy prickly cherry, lemon rind, citric acid. Sharp. Cherry citric acid. Palate is sharp and tangy acid, mid pucker,

Bottle split at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 11/02/24. Cherry red with a fast escaping crimson covering. Nose is sharp cherries, light funk, straw, hedgerow, bramble berries. Taste comprises cherry stones, modest funk, cherry skins, acidic bite. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent Kriek.
