--Bottled. -- Clear deep golden, coarse head. Aroma of apple juice with mild tart funk. Tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Green apples, lemon juice, mild barnyard and notes of grapes. Mid bitter finish. Pleasant enough, but very sketchy in comparison to other lambics

Draft pour at The Sovereign. Poured a golden color with a small white head. Fruity notes, with grapefruits. Tangerine, tartness. Flavor was light tartness. Tasty.

Bottled (from Alko Web). Hazy orange colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild funk and farmyard to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, farmyard and mild funk with some toffee to it. Nicely dry palate.

ABV: 8.8%. [Bottle date 2020-11.] Clear medium to light orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, barnyard, leather, grapes, oak. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, barnyard, funky, grapes, oak, wheat. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230414]
