Pours hazed blonde. No real head. Scent is full on rhubarb. Mild lambic in the back remains. Taste is full, intense rhubarb- yet balanced and pleasant. Dry, funky, quite lovely. Straight forward rhubarb juice though, could benefit from more complexity.

Pours slightly hazed redpurple. Small sized white head. Scent is full, swiming pool,n cherry. intense on the fruit. taste is full, intense tartness, dry, wood, fleshy cherry fruityness, typical schaarbeekse character. Very high carbo (too high). out of the 9 LF beers sampled in the tasting, this was the 2nd best!

Pours surprisingly light, amberblonde - more to the blonde side even. Bigger white head. Scent is ligth, mild funk, hidden fruit. Taste is full, sharp, dry, very mild fruityness. lovely balanced MF, fruityness is a hint, rather than fruit forward. Would work great in pairing lighter foods such as salads.

Pours clear amberred / copperpurple. Small white head. Scent is full, cherry like fruityness. Dry and funky. taste is tart, pleasantly earthy and berry flavored. Not cherry like at all in the taste (which makes more sense than actually tasting it in a blackberry beer) Dry and refreshing. Tart. Quite enjoyable.

Sampled 2023. pours hazed blonde, no real head. Scent is malty, full, finer acidity. Taste is full, malty, de troch lambic - like. moldy, finer acidity yet very rough , old wet wood. Mild citrus. not a lot of carbonation.

On cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, pours a clear golden amber with a tiny white head. Aroma brings out a nice melange of green apple skins, light berry, a touch of earthy rhubarb, and raw funk. Flavour is moderately tart and horse blanket-y, with green apple skins, a touch of berry, and moderate acidity on the finish. No notice of the rhubarb. Not sure if this is backblended — tastes not — but it's missing some depth and complexity. It's alright for what it is.

Bottled, huge thanks Mowbeer for sharing! Murky reddish body, off-whtie head. Fresh berry sour, light funkiness in the aroma. Juicy, fresh sour, light berry, excellent balance, well-balanced funk compared to the fruitiness. Just a very well made fruit lambic!

On tap at Grote Dorst, pours a clear golden with almost no head. Aroma brings out subtle old leather and gentle earthiness. Flavour is full of old leather, earthiness, tart citrus, and acetic notes. A little more interesting than most base lambieks. Pleasant.

On tap at Grote Dorst, pours a clear bright cherry red with a small white head. Aroma brings out gently tart cherries and a touch of earthy tones. Flavour is gently tart and fairly strong cherry-forward, with sour cherry drop, light floral notes and a touch of earthiness. Young and undeveloped but pleasant enough.
