75cl bottle (Batch 1 - 2020) @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 23. Misty gold appearance, no head. Aroma of grapey wild lambic funk. Vibrant taste, assorted wild nuances appearing balanced with a nice acetic grip, crisp bitterness and a blossoming grape sweetness. Drying close. Excellent.

Vintage 2018. 750ml bottle. Caps and wine corked. Piana spora strzelilo jak jakis mocno musujacy alzacki Cremant. Rosnie szybko, metne, o barwie advocata czy kogla-mogla, piaskowa metnosc. Biszkoptowa kwasnosc, limoncello z kilogramem wycisnietych limonek dlonmi Okrasy rzezcz jasna. Kwasne, wytrawnew, cierpkie i pelne, zbozowa slodowosc. Pycha do kazdego lekkiego objadku w upalny bezdeszczowy dzien.

Bottle from Low Key Taproom Ashford. Hazy red colour. Thin head. Cherry aroma. A lot more approachable than the rhubarb. Sweeter. Very drinkable Some sour elements.

19th June 2023, Shrewsbury Monthly Beer Swap in Chez Sophie. Five guys enjoying life taking bollox. Cork and caged 75cl bottle, 2020 vintage. Misty red/amber body, wispy white top. Sour Puss with a blackberry nose and flavour, other berries were damaged in brewing this I suspect.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, June 23. Hazed pale orange pour. Fantastic spritz.. subtle blackberry shades.. nice sharp edge, soft funk.. expected more pronounced and sharper fruitiness but a lovely refresher overall.

From tap at Lambiczoon, Milano, 17.08.23. Hazy straw colour persistent white head and lacing. Fine aroma and taste of acidity, pure brett, pilsner malt and clean tasting hops. Also a hint of wood. Refreshing, but not very complex. Long aftertaste.
