500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber with a fluffy head. Pine honey, hickory wood, caramel, some smoke, malt, dark bread, stone fruit. Fruity sweetness, some dryness, some umami. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry fruity malty honey smoky finish. A great Kellerbier, some smoke to be find here, very complex and tasty.

Sampled as Pfister Brau.Kult(ur) Land.bier Unfiltriert Small, if persistent white head over fully hazy ochre-yellow beer. Honeyish pale malts, getting stronger throughout, ripe summergrain. Slight bitterness, toasted, as slightly burnt sweet cookies or cake. Bit grassy, garden weeds. Light body, quite slick, good carbonation, gassy. Classical, not very special.

ABV: 4.9%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, smoke, light meat - sweet meat. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, smoke, pale malt, meat, grass, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20230331]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is smoked wet wooden, mild herbal and some earthy tones. Flavour is smoked wet wooden tones with mild herbs, sweet malts and some grainy tones. Smooth, and nice mellow smoke in the aftertaste too.

50cl swing top bottle. A clear dark reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of dark caramelized malt, grains, nuts. Taste of caramelized strong malt, straw, nuts. Moderate bitterness.

Flaska från Bierothek. Klar bärnstensfärgad vätska med högt stabilt smutsvitt skum. Karamellig och bärig doft och smak. Stor rund kropp, balanserad sötma, maltiga smaker som drar åt det sötare hållet möter vinbärsblad, vinteräpplena och aromatiskt hö med harzig ädelhumle. Lite överraskande smakbild men riktigt gott.

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly smoky, woody, malty aroma, hints of smoked eel, smoked ham, a touch of juniper berry, laurel, wood ashes. Taste is mildly smoky, caramel malty and mildly bitter, grassy hoppy, some residual sweetness, hints of smoked ham, a touch of toffee. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, mild smokiness, mild hoppiness, subtle sweetness - good.
