Bottle at home from landbier paradise. A clear deep copper amber coloured pour with a lasting off white beige head. Aroma is nutty malts, little soapy, ginger nut biscuit, raisin, little bark. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, layered malts, nutty, twig, bark, toasted rye bread, woody bitter finish, dried fruit, brown apple. Good. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation.

Pale golden, almost perfectly clear. One finger of white head, decent persistence and a few hints of lacing. Aroma shows a delicate cereal and crackery malts base, a bit of soapy lemonish twang, a delicate grassy touch. Overall a mild but fine aroma. Taste notes do follow the nose, but with a bit too much of sweetness, especially in a not too dry per style finish. Also a light sweet/appleish kind of off-flavour. Overall a bit too much on the sweet side for me. Light bodied with light to medium carbonation. Very easily drinkable, perhaps even a bit too thin. Possibly the bottle was not in excellent conditions. Still a legitimate helles.

Brown with a creamy white head. Aroma at the a mix of dank cellar, caramel & roasted grains. The dankness subsides. Taste is bittersweet, a nice mix of toffee and roasted, grainy bitterness. Medium bodied, nice chewiness. Good.

Bottle from Hier gibts Bier and drunk at home. Herby clove weizen aroma. Wow that's a lovely deeply satisfying weizen. Lovely lemon bitter finish. Lovely sweet lemon curd. But it's full good herb and just full and good. Yes liked ita lot.

Bottle on my deck. It pours clear yellow - gold with a decent white cap. The aroma is fresh grassy vibes, herbal, hay, straw, light sweetness, toasty grains, rope, slightly saline and cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, some green bitterness, herbal, grassy, underlying sweetness, floral, peppery, biscuit, hay and a twist of citrus with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Plenty to it and rather drinkable. A nice example of the style.

Bottle at home. It pours clear chestnut brown with a small foamy beige head. The aroma is rich brown bread character, nutty, dull caramel sweetness, malt loaf and cereal. The taste is dry and nutty, toasty grain, cereal, hearty brown bread, toothy, light caramel, woodsy, rivita and a touch of spice with a dry, nutty finish. Medium body and light, foamy carbonation. A decent malt number. Not without its charms.
