5l keg. Pours unclear amber with a big fluffy head. Toasted malt, caramel, toffee, diacetyl, buttery, dark bread, dry hops, lemon zest, overripe fruit, rye. Malty sweetness, light dry bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty bready zesty sweet finish. An excellent Märzen, very tasty and soo drinkable even on such a hot summer day.

1l bottle. Unclear amber with a foamy head. Roasted malt, lemon zest, orange zest, dark bread, grassy hops, vanilla, DMS, slightly metallic, resinous. Dry hoppy bitterness, malty bready sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty grainy malty bittersweet finish. Nice as expected, more hop focused, than a normal Franconian Kellerbier.

Malty fruity sweet with a good crisp hop bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry malty fruity zesty caramel finish. What an excellent full-bodied complex and balanced Festbier!
