7/5/2022. Draught sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed. Pours fizzy clear very pale gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is apple, husky, floral, fragrant rice. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, tangy tartness. Medium body, oily, fizzy.

Can, fizzy head, cloudy palish yellow color, aroma of apple vinegar, spiciness, wax and a bit of pineapple, apple pineapple flavor, sweetish but not too heavy. Really nice.

On keg at Brewdog Lothian Road. Appearance - clear yellow, no head. Nose - dry apple and skin. Some yeast. Taste - dry apple skin, hay and light wood. Palate - light bodied, dry middle and finish Overall - liked this but not on style for use cider.

Sample at TLVCBF. Small bubbly head, clear pale straw colour, apple, minerals and saddle leather, with a hint of wood in flavor, extremely and just a bit heavy. Nice.
