(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Yeasty, slightly perfumed pale malty aroma with shy grainy spots. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Delicately grainy and worty malty taste with yeasty and cautious hoppy spice; sweet malty and restrained hop bitter finish. No highlight. 12.VI.16

Fläschla (ottos mops kommt): Golden - hazy - with an orangey sheen, small, but lacy and creamy white head; yeast, turpentine, pale malt and herbal hops in the nose; drier - moderate - bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied and tart; slightly lingering yeasty-fruity finish - again with traces of necrotic yeast - followed by a drier and mildly hoppy aftertaste.O.K., but unfortunately not one of my favourites...

Gourmet-Flasche (otto: mops mops):Clear, deep golden, barely amber coloured, mid-sized lacy and creamy white head; mild to moderate grainy-strawy nose with a slight acidity (not a result of an infection...!); mild sweetish-bitter flavour, barely medium bodied, but quite soft nevertheless; sweetish-grainy finish, a certain bitterness is hardly detectable. All in all a disappointing Gebräu...

Bottle (otto holt obst): Clear, golden, stable and creamy medium-sized white head; mild to moderate nose of - slightly tart - herbal hops with a grainy-dusty background; dry bitter flavour, a malty base is barely detectable; light bodied, very soft;dryish lingering herbal-grassy finish. Well made Pils, lacks a bit the malty counterpart...

(bottle) Clear, chestnut-brown colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly nutty, leafy and roasted malty aroma with notes of caramel and bread crusts. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Mildly leafy and roasty malty aroma with notes of caramel/Blockmalz and traces of hoppy spice in the background; moderately sweet and roasted malty finish with nutty hints and Blockmalz sugar. Moderately sweet flavour, light bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly bready cara-malty taste with a whiff of grains and shades of hops; slim and moderately sweet malty finish with restrained hoppy notes. 05.VI.16

Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly strawyand dry malty base with flowery and delicately herbal hops; dry and mildly hop bitter finish with a slightly sweet malty counterpart. Clean and balanced brew. 04.VI.16

Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim malty start with strawy notes, hints of grain and a tinge of grassy and delicately herbal hops. Dull. 29.V.16
