Bottle at Hopdog München Wednesday 27th October 2021. Pours mid gold, good clarity, white head. Nice malty punch, soft mouthfeel, some steady sweetness but tempered by a light bitterness. Some breadyness a lager bite, there is a dryness.

Pours a clean light golden, with an average sized white head, that shows decent retention and lacing. Soft but vivid enough aroma shows a hay/cereal base, honey, slight floral hops. Maybe a buttery hint too. Taste notes follow the aroma quite closely: hay/cerealish malts, slight crackery fragrance, quite vivid honey, buttery note a bit more vivid than the aroma suggested but still enough in check to be perfectly acceptable, plus a rather strong (per style) floral hoppiness. Overall medium to high sweetness and medium bitterness, with a slight sweet edge in the mouth and a balanced finish. Quite light bodied with medium to low, light bubbled carbonation, resulting in an easily smooth but lively enough mouthfeel. Failed to impress me in some specific way, but it was definitely a pleasant, slightly rustic interpretation of the style.

Bottle, 5.2%. Fruity aroma with notes of red berries. Cloudy red amber colour. Fairly big, semi-stable tan head. The flavour starts off fruity and turns caramelly and lagery. More to medium bitterness. Mild and round, but satisfying.

Amber with a thin head. Campfire aroma, orange peel and caramel underneath. Taste is mildly bitter with a bit of fruitiness and burnt wood at the end. Medium bodied, mildish carbonation, decent chewiness. Nice!

Hazy brown. Aroma is caramel malty with flowery hops and some rural earthy notes.Taste is sweet caramel with rural earthy notes. Hoppy herbal notes in the finish. Not too much sweetness overall. Good hop profile. Not bad.

Draught @ Eichhorn, Dörfleins. Pours hazy Golden yellow with a staying White head. Beech Wood, grains, grass and bread. Dry, sticky and crisp. Quite hoppy and the Wood lingers long.. Nice
