Unsere Familie hat sich der handwerklichen Brautradition verschrieben, und wir stellen mit modernster Brautechnik in aller Ruhe ausgereifte Biere nach dem bayerischen Reinheitsgebot von 1516 her. Und daran wird sich auch in Zukunft nichts ändern.

Bottle picked up at HopDog München had this in a Zoom tasting with Jan, Charlotte, Craig and Stella, Sunday 22nd November 2020. Pours light gold, light smokiness, this is good, nice softness, really, really pleasant beer.

On tap @Elementare in Rome-Italy. Amber-orange unclear pour with an irregular off-white foam. Nose: smoked cheese, straw. Mouth: crackers, mild smoky, cheese, light maltiness, very clean.

Grobe Schaumkrone. Weich herber, hell süßmalziger Antrunk. Wenig würzig, die Herbe wird einen Ticken stärker, insgesamt bleibt die Aromatik aber konstant. Süffig, kein Hopfen, auf Dauer monoton. Zum Ende schnell abflachend. Hat man schnell wieder vergessen. 6/8/11/8/8/8

Tap at hopdog. Cloudy yellow, white cream. Spicy yeast and grassy, herbal nose. Medium mellow body. A bit leafy, broad fruity grassy hops, a bit clay, salt. Dry finish with a good amount of chewiness. Nice.
