Die Brauerei Schwarzer Adler, von der uns noch unser Wappentier erhalten ist, hat sich im Laufe der Zeit zur Brauerei Eichhorn entwickelt. Unsere Familie hat sich der handwerklichen Brautradition verschrieben, und wir stellen mit modernster Brautechnik in aller Ruhe ausgereifte Biere nach dem bayerischen Reinheitsgebot von 1516 her. Und daran wird sich auch in Zukunft nichts ändern.

Um diese Qualität zu gewährleisten, unterzieht sich die Brauerei einer ständigen Qualitätskontrolle durch ein unabhängiges Institut.

50cl bij Brecht. Licht troebel goudgeel bier, witte kraag. Geur is wat notering, lichte moerasgebied, wat citroenschil. Smaak is fris, citroenschil, verbena, licht moutig, ja hier word ik wel gelukkig van. Lichte body, toch redelijk vol mondgevoel. Lekker.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, yeast, citrus and fruits. Flavour is light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle from the Elsfleth Hol-ab. Deep amber with a frothy, white head. Aroma of graham crackers, caramel, cereals. Taste is bittersweet with increasing bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Straightforward.

Bottle. Brown, low creamy head. Light sugary nose, chocolate cake body, sweet, malty, light oxidized, metallic hops, grainy minerals in the finish.

0,5 l bottle from a local Hol´ Ab! market. Unclear amber in the glass, mighty nearly three finger pale beige head. Smells malty with decent hop in the second row. Taste starts hopy, then increasing malty with some caramel and sweetness. Nice one.

50cl bottle. A clear dark amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized reddish malt, nuts and spicy hops. Taste of moderate sweet caramelized and reddish, nuts, bread, leaves, moderate bitterness.

Bottled at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Fruity, lightly grassy nose. Mid sweet with solid body and rounded mouthfeel. Bready and fruity. Long bitter finish. On the bready, fruity side.

50cl bottle. A almost clear pale yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of metallic hops, grainy malt, spicy hops. Taste of spicy bitter hops, grains, pale malt, long spicy bitter finish.
