On tap at Blackback Pub, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spruce tips, gin barrels, wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is dominated by both the spruce and gin barrels, with intense botanical, oak, and wild yeast. Not my preferred style of saison—that gin is too much—but this is inarguably well-made.

On tap at As Is while in town for work.
Stemware. Deep magenta pour, light neon. Pale pink ring of lace.
Grassy, earthy red grapes, slate, with a very mild & approachable funk nose.
Half tart, fruity beaujailles, but running sorta thinned out & dry. Sour cherry, soft brett-y floral, very minerally, soft but enough carbonation. Slightly yeasty finish but otherwise a little vapid. A bit of a harsher sharpness develops as it warms.
