Tap. Very bright hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is milky, banana cream, cereals. Taste is banana cream, sirupy, milky, dough, wheat. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Dessert Weizen, but solid.

At Frisches Bier as Red Ale. Light fruit,yeasty, light Caramel. Cloudy red brown, golden cream Medium body, dry minerally, caramel/melanoidin sweetness, grassy and herbal hops. Slightly too sweetly in the finish.

Tap at Frisches Bier. Orange amber cloudy offwhite lace. Grassy light earthy hops, medium light dry body, herbal and earthy bitterness, quite nice balance. Moreish.

Tap. Hazy orange color with beige head. Aroma is bready, earthy, toffee. Taste is bready, grapefruit, earthy, quite a bitter finish, some berries. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Decent bitter!

Bottle, danke Jungs! Berry, strawberry jam aroma. Hazy amber, offwhite lace, medium light , sparkly, sweet jam start, light mint, blueberry, hallonsoppa, maple berry muffins, cake spices, dry sweet finish. On the sweet side but quite quaffable.

Bottle, many thanks Max! Clear amber color with white head. Aroma is sugar candy, grapes, strawberries, raspberries and other berries, pretty jammy, very interesting. Taste is strawberries, honey, quite some strong sweetness from the maple, slightly boozy finish. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation. This works out better than I had expected - I like maple beers, but never had an IPA with it. It just might be too sweet for me, though maple sweetness I seem to like more than plain malt sweetness.

Il gusto al naso va sul floreale. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è nella media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il perlage è composto da bollicine medio-fini con carbonazione nella norma. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La costanza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, cereali e fiori.
