(bottle) Ruby brown colour with a short and slightly tanned foamy head. Intensively smoke malty aroma with notes of burnt wood, smoked ham, as well as roasted malt and hints of ashtray. Moderately bitter and mildly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Roasty malt character with loads of beechwood smoke, ashy notes and a slightly fruity touch of an early infection; bitter-sweet, still very smoky finish. Slightly infected but okay. 10.VI.15

26-03-17 // on tap at 7 Stern in Vienna. Pours a light hazy golden coloured beer with a solid white head. Nose is mild sweet some hay and grains. Taste is medium sweet, some honey, some hay and grass, solid hop bitterness in the end. Smooth and easy to drink. Good Bock.

26-03-17 / on tap at 7 Stern Vienna. Pours a cloudy orange golden beer with a huge forthy head. Nose is dominated with some banana notes. Taste is pretty light, not a heavy Hefeweizen, mild banana and yeast. Easy to drink.

Full Body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of plums, sweet, peppery, hints of bread, light spices. finishes medium sweet with notes of plums and spices. Not a Fan, too sweet.
