Can at home, thanks to James, 03/02/24. Moderately hazed golden blonde with a decebt white cap. Nose is orange zest, grass, citric tinged straw, tangerine. Taste comprises melon, citric pith, grass, faint pine, tangerine, light herb, soft breads. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close doused with modest hop bitterness. Passable pale at best ... a touch flabby.

Can from Beer52. It pours hazy golden - orange with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is tinned fruit cocktail, peach, apricot, pear, white bread orange marmalade sandwiches and jelly tots. The taste is dryish, bitter - sweet, tangy orange marmalade, apricot, peach, floury bread, quite green, leafy and a nip of spice with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Aroma is fairly sweet, but the taste is better balanced. Ok.

Can from Beer52. It pours lightly hazy orangey - blonde with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is hearty maltage, bready malts, biscuit, orange drizzle cake, touch of cereal and cracker. The taste is firmly dry, toasty grain, bitter - sweet, cereal, nuttiness, oatcakes, earthy, tannin, wood, grass and just a touch of marmalade in the backdrop with a drying, toasty finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Decent marzen style ale.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A golden amber pour with a thick white head; malty aroma with a hint of red fruit; caramel malt body; and a biscuity finish. A satisfying Marzen.

Shared 33cl can with Matty, cheers for bringing this to my house: 8th October 2021. Mini haze to the amber body, weak white head. Malty nose and taste, semi-sweet with a hop hint throughout. Decent enough.

Can from Beer52. Another of their fake brewery brands - sigh - but I guess at least it's not a boring pale ale. It's amber with a thin white head and a middling fizz. It's spicy, with white pepper caramel biscuits, mellow candied orange and a little yeasty banana. A light grassy hop note clashes somewhat. The maltiness grows in the drying finish, with a brown bread aftertaste. Was unsure about it at first, but it grew on me as I drank more. It's ok actually; nice to have a malt-led beer for once.
