Golden. Malty, fresh biscuity malts, light toastiness, and a full assertive finish.

Cloudy blond, thick head, smells like wit, with the yeast and coriander. Spicy hop, phenolic yeast...some alcohol late, a muscular creamy take on saison.

Draught, St. Augs. Cloudy, pale. The aroma is yeasty, maybe a touch peppery. Sweet front, then yeasty, with just a touch of hop dryness. Ok, certainly quaffable, like a proper classic (low alc) saison should be.

Hazy blond color with compact head.
Deep aroma; dryish and balanced flavor; biscuity malts in the background support a perfect hopping; you get a tropical fruit salad and a serious animal character (musk), more evident in the final.
A gorgeous IPA.

Deep blond color, hazy, with small compact head. Very nice hoppy aroma, pungent, with passion fruit, fox grapes. Dry and lean mouthfeel; the malt character is present, with an accent of straws, a good backbone, but overwhelmed by the strong hopping; pungent and fruity flavor, bordering some sweaty feral animal character too. Strong bitterness, with no excess; the final presents some bitter orange peel too.
Clean and bold. Excellent.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear faded golden / copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of piney hops and a little resin. Flavour brings out a boatload of piney hops, not a whole lot else, maybe a bit of resin. Not too much residual sweetness, making this highly drinkable. Excellent stuff.

Dark mahogany color, close to black. Mild coffeish aroma with some caramel. The mouthfeel is quite dry; mild coffee and roasted malt flavor, with light sourness; correct bitterness.
Good, clean.

Slightly hazy blonde with a fairly big head. Aroma is spicy, lightly piney, lightly fruity, with a dash of pale malt. Lots of bitterness, herbal and dry like pilsner, touch of zwickelbier yeastiness, light floral hops late... Like a jacked up Kout 10... Really cool...seems more like an hommage to those central European hop bombs, only borrowing the IPA name to move a few more pints in the PNW.

Blonde and hazy. Aroma has phenols and yeast up front. Phenols and kiwi and yeast....unusual character. Not great but not bad either. Okay saison...definitely new world, and Iโ€™m not sure thatโ€™s for the best.

On tap at Saraveza, pours an opaque cloudy murky yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is very funky, with loads of hay, barnyard, and farmhouse yeast. Flavour brings out lots of hay and barnyard notes upfront, leading up to a bitter citric finish. Exceedingly dry, with a muted palate. Not very exciting, with a very blurred palate.
